Terms of service

Judgily is for entertainment. Verdicts are generated by an AI judge persona, are not legal advice, are not binding on any party, and do not reflect the views of any real court, jurisdiction, lawyer, or judicial body. Treat damages, findings, and rulings as the opinion of a strongly-worded friend — not as enforceable orders. If you need real legal help, hire a real lawyer.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Judgily. By using the service you affirm that you are 13 or older and have the legal capacity to enter these terms in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Depicts abuse, threats, violence, self-harm, or genuine ongoing harm. (We refuse these at the input layer; the AI judge also refuses.)
• Names a real, identifiable public figure (politician, current-or-former head of state, sitting Supreme Court justice, sitting US senator, current celebrity, billionaire, etc.) as defendant. Submissions matching our public-figure list are blocked. Use a generic descriptor instead.
• Identifies a private third party by full name + employer + city, or shares their email, phone, or SSN. (Our moderation layer refuses these.)
• Promotes illegal activity, harassment, doxxing, or hate speech.
• Spams or attempts to evade the rate-limit by rotating identifiers.

We reserve the right to refuse, redact, mark private, or permanently remove any case at our discretion. Repeat violators are banned without refund.

When you file a case with a defendant's email, the defendant has a 24-hour window to (a) submit a defense, (b) mark the case private, or (c) block the case entirely. If they choose (c), no verdict is generated. After 24 hours of silence the case becomes public. Defendants can request takedown at any time via privacy@judgily.com.

Pro ($9.99/mo) and Counsel ($29.99/mo) plans renew monthly until you cancel. Manage or cancel any time at /account/billing. Billing is in USD via Stripe. We do not refund partial months; cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.

Judgily is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We're not liable for any decisions you make on the basis of a verdict, any reputational damage from a public case, or any third-party action arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months (which for free users is zero).

If you have a dispute with us, please email hello@judgily.com first and give us 30 days to make it right. We will work with you in good faith. If we can't resolve it informally, disputes are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's residence, and courts there will have exclusive jurisdiction. No class actions; individual claims only.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in a banner for 30 days.
